Who can apply?
People with office-side experience (Customer Support, Tracking, Data
Entry, Claims, Billing, Dispute Resolution) at UPS, FedEx, or
similar logistics companies.
Remote and schedule?
100% remote, flexible hours; typically 5–20 hrs/week. Perfect for
working around your current job schedule.
Pay?
High additional pay starting from $37/hour, depending on role,
hours, and performance.
What do I do first?
Simple tasks: tracking checks, data entry, claim/billing notes. We
scale up as you go and get comfortable with the work.
English level/tools?
Basic English; comfort with spreadsheets/CRM is a plus. If you can
handle your current UPS/FedEx role, you're qualified.
How long does screening take?
